This Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at the headquarters of the Marché des Arts du Spectacle d’Abidjan (MASA), the Inspector General, Madame Lucie DAGRI, proceeded with the handover between Mr. Florent GALATY, MASA’s outgoing interim General Manager, and Mr. Abdramane KAMATE, the new General Manager, unanimously appointed by the Board of Directors following the meeting held on March 9, 2023, chaired by Madame Françoise Remarck, Minister of Culture and Francophonie.

Abdramane KAMATE is a specialist in cultural policy and program management. Previously Head of the ACP-EU Culture Program: Support for the cultural and creative sectors in West Africa at the Institut français de Paris, he was successively Director of several French cultural and linguistic cooperation establishments in Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Chad and Indonesia.
Abdramane KAMATE will be supported in his mission by Chantal Djédjé as Deputy General Manager.
