MASA 2020: International Artistic Committee, who is Adama Traoré from Mali

Adama Traoré is a Malian author, director, comedian and playwright, born in February 1962 in Sikasso. Graduate of the National Institute of Arts (INA) of Bamako, in 1986, he was a professor of drama from 1989 to 1999, he is the founder of the company Acte SEPT (Awareness, Education, Promotion, and  Théâtrale), which, since 1996, organizes the Biennial Theater Festival in Bamako every two years.
From 2001 to 2005, he was an expert representing the West Africa region with the International Commission of Francophone Theater. Since 2002, Adama Traoré has been Knight of Arts and Letters of the French Republic.
